General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the bv88 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and all its users ("User", "you"). By visiting the bv88 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read and accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation of bv88 shall be considered final.

bv88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on the bv88 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. This service is only available to those aged 21 and above. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that minors are not able to use this platform.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must confirm the following:

• All information you provide is completely accurate, true, and up to date.
• You are registering under your own identity — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Participating in online gaming is not legally prohibited in your country of residence or location.
• You are not registering with the intention of earning income from gaming as a professional player.

Account Security & Identity Verification

3.1 Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your bv88 account login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 KYC Verification Process

To ensure the security of the bv88 platform, identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) may be required at any time. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide:

The payment method used on your account must be registered in your own name — use of third-party accounts is prohibited.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 — applicable to all payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required in some cases due to identity verification or other security checks.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must have sufficient balance before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• In cases of unusual activity, bv88 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bv88 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳13,334 or more makes it possible to receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, resulting in a total balance of ৳48,000 (on a ৳28,000 deposit).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) — applied only to the bonus amount, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be received once per account.
• bv88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed and the bonus may be cancelled.
• Any unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled before an account is closed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered final only when successfully recorded on bv88's servers. In the case of incomplete bets due to connection loss or technical issues, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Detailed rules for each betting market will be listed on the relevant section's page. Bets placed before odds change will be settled at the odds at the time of placement.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

All casino games and slots are operated fairly and transparently. The outcome of each game is determined entirely at random through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round will be cancelled and the bet will be refunded.

6.4 Betting Limits

bv88 sets specific minimum and maximum betting limits for each game and betting section. These limits will be clearly displayed on the relevant game or event page.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bv88 platform:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources
• Operating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses (bonus abuse)
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain a betting advantage
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's information
• Using a third-party payment account
• Syndicate betting or collusion (coordinated fraudulent activity)
